Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Marketing Department.
Prepare, compile, format, and update marketing documents such as
- Company profiles
- Prequalification documents
- Registration forms
- Marketing presentations
Coordination between Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other departments to collect required information and ensure timely submission of marketing deliverables
Maintain and update databases related to:
- Clients and projects experience list
- Prequalification records
- Marketing materials and credentials
Handle departmental correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents transmittals, ensuring proper filing and record Keeping
Track deadlines for prequalification submissions, registrations, and marketing-related requests ,and follow up with concerned stakeholders to ensure timely completion
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and circulate action items as required.
Support tender and bid submissions by coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements (Administrative support only
Maintain confidentiality of marketing, commercial, and corporate information always.
Assist the Marketing Manager with reports, schedules, and archiving all marketing and commercial documents
