Job Purpose

Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO by managing strategic priorities, coordinating executive communications, facilitating decision-making processes, and ensuring the efficient execution of business and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and business commitments.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and meeting minutes.
  • Track strategic initiatives and follow up with department leaders to ensure timely execution of action plans.
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming communications and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and business summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external partners, government entities, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and leadership meetings, including documentation and follow-up activities.
  • Support the CEO in monitoring organizational performance, key projects, and business priorities.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Assist in planning executive events, leadership workshops, and corporate engagements.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare analyses to support executive decision-making.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between the CEO’s office and the organization.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
