Project Coordinator

Job responsibilities & tasks duties include but are not limited to Projects:

Assist in monitoring project scope and report any deviations to the Project Manager.

Support schedule development and follow up on activity progress to ensure adherence to approved timelines.

Track project expenditures and update cost records to support budget monitoring.

Assist in implementing quality control activities by documenting inspections, tests, and results, and reporting non-conformities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to confirm resource availability.
• Support team coordination and maintain attendance and manpower records.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and escalate delays or performance concerns to the Project Manager.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Maintain updated stakeholder lists and contact records.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates.
• Maintain organized filing systems (hard and soft copies) for all project documentation.

• Assist in tracking identified risks and documenting mitigation actions.
• Report potential risks or issues affecting project execution.

• Support commissioning activities.

Compile required documentation and assist in preparing handover and close-out reports.
