Executive Business Partner (EBP) JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Business Partner (EBP) supports the effectiveness and efficiency of top management by providing administrative, project management, coordination, and communication support. The role also supports Public Relations, Events Management, and Marketing activities, facilitates engagement with internal stakeholders, and represents the organization and its executive team in external correspondence.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
1. Administrative Support
Manage calendars and schedules for top management, including meetings and conference calls, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring effective use of executives’ time.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, agendas, contract negotiations, and venue bookings.
Support the preparation of presentations, electronic communications, reports, and other communications issued by top management.
Act as the lead person for assigned projects.
Partner with top management to execute transformational changes.
Monitor, update, and communicate project schedules and plans to top management and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, HR, and IT, to assess and continuously improve administrative processes.
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for top management.
Represent the organization’s leadership philosophy and culture when interacting with customers, employees, and internal and external stakeholders.
Handle procurement activities for the organization.
Provide orientation, guidance, and general support to company staff.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
2. Marketing, Public Relations & EventsPrepare content for the publication of marketing materials and oversee their distribution.
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to support activities and enhance the company’s presence.
Manage and improve the company’s presence on social media.
Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts.
Lead and manage organizational events.
Coordinate and direct Public Relations activities.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services across various media.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsor ships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
Maintain and develop business relationships with marketing and event-planning agencies.
3. OtherPerform other job-related duties as instructed by management.

Education and Certification RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fields.
