As a senior management team, you will lead the department to ensure high client satisfaction and strong financial performance. Job Description- Aligns with the direct manager to ensure HR, Quality, and Finance functions support business needs.
- Oversees implementation of CATRION systems and enforces operational standards on-site.
- Conducts regular project meetings, addresses gaps, and drives timely task completion.
- Manages staffing, scheduling, and compliance with labor budgets.
- Fosters innovation and continuous improvement across site practices.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation and reports.
- Identifies risks, enforces HSE compliance, and ensures ISO standards are met.
- Controls company and client assets per contract, monitors budget performance, and addresses variances.
- Supports brand consistency, client satisfaction, and differentiation in the market.
- Assists business development with client relations and new opportunities.
- Sets departmental performance goals and tracks KPIs.
- Ensures profitability through cost control (food, labor, overhead).
- Builds and retains a skilled, motivated team with low turnover.
- Maintains high standards in food safety and hygiene under CATRION’s QA program.
- Addresses client concerns, improves weak areas, and drives service innovation.
- Monitors and improves customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Manages recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Communicates targets and expectations clearly to employees.
- Drives cultural improvement, staff engagement, and recognition of top performers.
- Participate in periodical inspections and contribute to the process of identifying and implementing improvements.
- Take personal responsibility for closing identified development gaps and future requirements.
- Personal competencies are known, understood, adhered to, and updated on an ongoing basis.
- Actively participate and learn from all training to ensure your tasks are completed competently and professionally.
- Participate fully as part of both the company and unit team, ensuring team objectives are met to enable the company to provide an excellent service.
- Fluent in English and working knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.

- Ability to coordinate with various departments for any issues/concern through understanding processes and resolve it.
