The CRM and Commercial Performance Analyst is responsible for managing unified CRM platform as the single source of truth for all commercial activities. This role ensures system integrity, user compliance, and data accuracy to support business objectives. The analyst will develop and maintain commercial performance metrics, oversee performance reviews, and analyze sales trends to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- CRM Management
- Govern SRG’s unified CRM platform, ensuring system integrity, compliance, and data accuracy for all commercial activities.
- Performance Metrics Development
- Develop and maintain commercial performance metrics and dashboards to track sales, pipeline, bid conversion, and client performance at the Group and SBU levels.
- Performance Reviews Oversight
- Oversee monthly Commercial Council and quarterly MAP reviews, consolidating performance data, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions.
- Trend Analysis
- Analyze sales and business performance trends to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement; recommend targeted interventions to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Strategy Office.
- Data Integration
- Ensure integration between CRM, HR, and Strategy Office data for performance-based incentives, KPI alignment, and decision-making visibility.
- Bidding Data Validation
- Collect and validate bidding data across all SRG subsidiaries, ensuring all opportunities and outcomes are accurately recorded in CRM and linked to revenue tracking.
- Forecast Monitoring
- Monitor and improve forecast accuracy by measuring pipeline health, conversion rates, and opportunity timelines; provide actionable insights to Business Development (BD) and SBU leadership.
- Support vendor registration analytics by gathering registration and prequalification data from subsidiaries and tracking readiness in CRM.
- Reporting
- Produce commercial and management reports for the Executive Committee (ExCom), including revenue performance, win/loss trends, and opportunity health metrics.
- Collaborate with the Strategy Office and Finance to align performance outcomes with SRG’s annual growth plan and long-term financial targets.
- Progress Meetings
- Meet regularly with the SRG Registration Manager, subsidiary registration teams, and BD subsidiary leaders to review progress and evaluate registration and bidding performance, implementing recovery plans when targets are not met.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, commercial performance analysis, or business intelligence roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
