Overview
The Project Site Supervisor oversees daily on-site activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards and specifications. This role coordinates site personnel and subcontractors, monitors progress, enforces safety procedures, and serves as the primary on-site point of contact to support efficient project delivery.
Qualifications- Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in site supervision or project execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, safety regulations, and strong leadership and communication skills.
