• To assist with the execution of the work within allotted time, productivity, quality and safety standards and in accordance with specifications and drawings.
• To ensure conveyance of information on drawings to the site supervisory staff with sufficient clarity to ensure understanding

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities, workforce, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards across all phases of the project.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and construction challenges in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, technical documentation, and site records.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in n contracting projects with hands on Mechanical and/or Electrical systems.
• Preferred
  
  Certifications:
  
  OSHA, IOSH
• Behavioral
  
  Skills:
  
  Leadership with Excellent communication skills, Execution excellence, teamwork, planning and organizing, quality and results orientation.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Interpret drawings, safety training, computer skills and communications skills in English language (read, write and speak).
