Job Summary:Role Objective:
- To assist with the execution of the work within allotted time, productivity, quality and safety standards and in accordance with specifications and drawings.
- To ensure conveyance of information on drawings to the site supervisory staff with sufficient clarity to ensure understanding
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, workforce, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards across all phases of the project.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and construction challenges in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.
- Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, technical documentation, and site records.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in n contracting projects with hands on Mechanical and/or Electrical systems. - Preferred
Certifications:
OSHA, IOSH - Behavioral
Skills:
Leadership with Excellent communication skills, Execution excellence, teamwork, planning and organizing, quality and results orientation. - Technical
Skills:
Interpret drawings, safety training, computer skills and communications skills in English language (read, write and speak). - Vacancy is Open for Saudi Talents.
