Mid-level MEP ESTIMATOR (MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL) – 2 POSITIONS

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for mechanical and electrical building services projects within the tendering department.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Develop pricing build-ups and cost breakdowns
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams
BSc or BEng/ HNDEinEngineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a closely related discipline.
Minimum 9–11 years of post‑graduate experience in a QS/ Estimation role within the construction industry (contractor side).
Demonstrable experience across both pre‑contract and post‑contract functions.
Working knowledge of standard forms of contract (JCT, NEC3/NEC4, FIDIC, or equivalent).
Proficiency in measurement and estimating software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, Bluebeam).
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Advanced knowledge in Candy Cost Estimation tool.
Experience in a specific sector such as residential, commercial, infrastructure, fit‑out, or civils.

The candidate should be residing in KSA and has a valid iqama.
