Junior Site Engineer; Fit

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer with fit‑out experience to support daily site operations and ensure the successful execution of interior fit‑out works in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Site Engineer (Fit‑Out)

3–5 Years

• Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper execution of fit‑out works including finishes, joinery, doors, ceilings, and flooring.
• Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure safe execution of site activities.
• Inspect delivered materials and verify compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor material availability and report shortages.
• Coordinate equipment allocation and utilization on site.
• Support coordination between subcontractors and project teams.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of mock‑ups.
• Report progress, risks, delays, and site issues to the Construction Manager / Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fit‑out construction projects.
• Fit‑out construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and interior works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• GCC experience preferred.

Immediate joining required.

The candidate should be residing in KSA and has a valid iqama.
