Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Execution Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale real estate developments. This role is responsible for managing the construction execution lifecycle from project mobilization through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and project teams to drive execution excellence while ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution and delivery of real estate development projects from mobilization through final handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall construction performance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Oversee contract administration, change management, and contractor performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme milestones.
- Collaborate with Design, Development, Property Management, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare regular project reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in construction execution, project delivery, or real estate project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, scheduling, contract administration, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver projects within demanding timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
