Our client, a leading building contractor in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced QS/Contract Administrator to join their growing commercial team working within Operations & Maintenance / Facilities Management projects.
Applicants must have a Degree in Quantity Surveying - no other qualification will be accepted
Role & Responsibilities:- Administer and manage contracts across O&M contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Provide detailed contractual advice to project teams and senior management.
- Prepare and review contractual correspondence, claims, and variations.
- Support project delivery by mitigating risk and protecting commercial interests.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years post graduation experience working as Quantity Surveyor
- Experience working on O&M / refurbishment / facilities management contracts
- Good knowledge of standard forms of contract
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Applicants who have studied and worked in the United Kingdom, Ireland or South Africa are preferred
