Join Our Dammam Recruitment Drive:
Become Air Arabia Cabin Crew

Are you ready to be the welcoming face that turns a routine flight into a memorable journey? Air Arabia is excited to announce an upcoming Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive right here in Dammam, KSA. We're looking for enthusiastic, service-focused individuals to join our growing team and represent our award-winning low-cost carrier as true brand ambassadors.

A Special Note for Applicants

We will share the full event details—including the exact venue, time, and schedule—approximately 3 to 5 days before the drive. Please keep a close eye on your inbox and our official channels. We cannot wait to meet you in person and explore how you could become part of our dynamic, multi-cultural cabin crew family.

What You'll Be Doing as One of Our Ambassadors

This role goes far beyond routine service. You will be responsible for creating a positive, safe, and welcoming environment from the moment passengers step onboard until they reach their destination.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Safety First, Always: You'll instruct passengers on safety procedures, stay alert for any security or safety risks, and work closely with the Cabin Supervisor to resolve issues quickly. Administering first aid when needed and reporting any irregularities to the flight crew are also key parts of your role.
  • Genuine Customer Care: From welcoming passengers during boarding to attending to individual needs, meal requests, and special assistance, you'll be the go-to person for a comfortable flight. You'll also help passengers who may be feeling stressed or overwhelmed, offering reassurance and support.
  • Boosting Onboard Revenue: Part of your role involves promoting our onboard meals, products, and the ‘Charity Cloud’ program. You will handle cash and credit card payments securely while working toward individual and team sales targets.
  • Pre-Flight and Post-Flight Checks: Before takeoff, you'll inspect emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials. After landing, you'll complete assessment reports, help seal duty‑free containers, and ensure a smooth handover to cleaning or catering teams.
Our Expectations:

  • Health & Fitness:
You must be medically and physically fit to perform crew duties, with no serious medical conditions. You should also be able to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
