The Landscape Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. This position is responsible for conceptualizing and developing landscape designs for projects that integrate cement products with functional and aesthetic outdoor spaces. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design concepts, drawings, and planting plans; coordinating hardscape elements such as walkways, patios, and retaining structures; and ensuring designs align with project specifications and site conditions.
The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients, conducting site visits, and adjusting designs based on feedback and technical requirements. The Landscape Designer also supports material selection, cost estimation, and compliance with local regulations and environmental considerations.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Design and Landscaping for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Architecture, including site planning and integration of built and natural elements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hardscape design, with experience designing paved areas, walls, and other cement-based outdoor structures.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing Planting Plans, including plant selection suited to local climate and maintenance needs.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar tools) and ability to produce clear drawings and presentations.
- Strong spatial planning, visualization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, communicate design ideas clearly, and manage project timelines.
