EFL Instructor; Saudi IELTS Score

Training Institute - Energy Tech () (FKA SPSP)

Contract Duration - 1 year (with possible extension)

Mandatory: Saudi with an IELTS Score of 6.5 and above

To teach academic English language classes or other Key Skills programs

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field i.e. TESOL, TEFL, or Education. Recognized teaching certificate i.e. CELTA IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (Bilingual only)
• 3 years in a teaching role, preferably in a vocational or higher education institution
• Experience in a technical context desirable

• Teaching English language curriculum to SPSP trainees
• Working with other team members to prepare resources for the foundation program including, but not limited to, revision materials, test question banks, or other remedial resources
• Monitoring student progress and analyzing test results to address weak areas
• Conducting remedial and/or make-up lessons
• Substituting other faculty members in cases of absence
• Following and encouraging trainees to follow SPSP rules and regulations
• Preparing and implementing lesson plans and following prescribed pacing schedules for the curriculum
• Attending team meetings as required
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Willing to help others and to meet staff and student needs and is ready to follow directions
• Initiative:

• Utilizes and collaborates with SPSP departments e.g. operations, support services, student affairs.
