Contract Duration

Key Responsibilities- Process student documents (sick leave, police reports, absences).
- Monitor attendance, behavior, and uniform compliance.
- Counsel students with attendance or behavioral issues.
- Support students through disciplinary hearings and clearance procedures.
- Handle student enquiries about housing, transport, and sponsoring company matters.
- Coordinate student activities, events, and company visits.
- Assist during special events like graduations and orientations.
- Prepare reports on incidents and student absences.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic IT skills (Windows, MS Office).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to work with Arab learners and in multicultural environments.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience in vocational training (preferred).
