Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Supervisor with SAWCOD approval and a valid residence visa Iqama (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-risk environments and is passionate about upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental protection.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks.
- Monitor and report near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
- Lead emergency response drills and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Collaborate with site teams to enforce safety culture across operations.
- Maintain HSE documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- NEBOSH certification (minimum 3 years of experience).
- Experience working with SAWCOD and having approval.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region preferred.
- Holding a valid residence visa (Iqama) with a safety-related profession (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, communication, and observation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to work in remote and high-risk field environments.
