As a Generator Winder Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic ramp‑up of new generator fleet developments while ensuring the reliability of our existing aging fleet in Saudi Arabia. You will engage in meaningful projects focused on high‑quality stator winding, conducting rigorous inspections, and executing repairs that directly enhance service operations and fleet performance. • Perform complete rewinding of generator stators, including coil removal, manufacturing, and installation.
• Execute high‑quality brazing, taping, and blocking of winding components per engineering specifications.
• Assemble and disassemble large generator components for maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct comprehensive electrical tests on windings, including insulation resistance and high potential (Hi‑Pot) tests.
• Inspect generator components for wear, damage, or defects, particularly on stator cores and windings.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities while adhering to EHS protocols.

• Technical diploma or vocational degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience as a Generator Winder or in a similar heavy electromechanical repair role.
• Demonstrated experience with the winding and repair of large‑scale power generators, including stators and rotors.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance and quality control practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
