• Develop and implement strategic planning processes to align engineering projects with corporate goals
• Lead engineering management initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and project prioritization
• Facilitate cross functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and business development teams
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing recommendations for improvements
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding strategic initiatives and engineering performance

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management and strategic planning
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and leading cross functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in strategic planning methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment
• Experience with project management tools and techniques is highly desirable
