A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Office Director to oversee all technical and engineering functions for high-risk infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in infrastructure contracting, with a strong focus on compliance with local regulations and international standards. This role requires leadership in technical operations and hands-on experience with mega-project clients.

Candidates with PMP certification and a solid understanding of the Saudi Building Code will be preferred.
