Overview
Maintain the scope of work, procedures and schedules to achieve project objectives aligned with client needs and KCC abilities. Monitor and review project progress with all concerned departments at head office and on-site for activities related to project planning and submit reports on time as per the Report Frequency List. Assess the Contractor's project program to ensure it is acceptable with resource and cost loading and properly updated on a regular basis.
Compare project progress against the master schedule and the Contractor's Construction Program to identify delays or advancements and report to the project team. Raise early warnings of potential risks to project delivery to identify solutions in conjunction with the Project Team, mitigating time, disruption or cost impact and expediting work to finish the project on time. Evaluate, with the Engineer, the Contractor's monthly progress report and payment applications and arrange for any necessary adjustments.
Monitor construction progress on-site and assist the Project Team in preparing recovery action plans to address delays and keep the project on track.

- Assess the Contractor's project program for resource loading and cost loading; ensure regular updates.
- Compare progress against the master schedule and Contractor's Construction Program to identify delays or accelerations and report findings to the project team.
- Raise early warnings of potential risks to project delivery and work with the Project Team to mitigate impacts and expedite completion.
- Evaluate, with the Engineer, the Contractor's monthly progress report and payment applications; arrange necessary adjustments.
- Monitor on-site construction progress and support recovery action plans to address delays and keep the project on track.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil Engineering or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Office concerns and planning techniques.
- Extensive familiarity with Technical Planning Scope of Works; knowledge of planning methodologies and related equipment, materials, consumables, tools and manpower allocations for building projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 (or advanced versions), SPS, Mini-Tab; experience with other planning software.
- Fluent in English; MS Office; working knowledge of planning engineering fundamentals and basic requirements of other engineering fields.
