Civil Laboratory Technician; Road Construction

• Conduct laboratory and field tests on soil, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
• Perform soil tests including compaction, C , Atterberg limits, and moisture content.
• Carry out aggregate tests such as sieve analysis, soundness, clay lumps, angularity, specific-gravity, abrasion, flakiness, and elongation.
• Perform asphalt tests including Marshall test, bitumen content, and gradation, Gmb, Gmm.
• Conduct concrete tests such as slump test and compressive strength.
• Perform field density tests sand cone.
• Collect samples from asphalt plant and site as per approved procedures.
• Ensure testing complies with ASTM, AASHTO and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain test reports, logs, and records.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.

The Civil Laboratory Technician is responsible for conducting laboratory and field tests on construction materials used in road works to ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi standards, and approved quality plans.
