As a Technical Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of engineering tasks related to the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Siemens Energy Gas Turbines. Your role will focus on providing fast and accurate engineering support to ensure high availability and reliability of our units, while collaborating with both internal and external customers to address technical queries and challenges.

• Provide timely engineering support for technical queries from internal and external customers, focusing on heavy-duty gas turbines in KSA.
• Act as a key point of contact for technical issues, including GT validation, commissioning, and performance tests.
• Collaborate with a global network of specialists to address complex technical challenges.
• Support the preparation and execution of maintenance outages, including scope definition and spare parts requirements.
• Present and discuss technical solutions in internal and external meetings.
• Promote a zero harm culture and ensure safe outage execution at all times.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience with Siemens Energy Gas Turbine and/or Steam Turbine technology.
• Strong fact-finding and troubleshooting skills for gas turbine components.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing, repair technologies, and materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven collaboration and networking skills, with experience working in KSA.
