Project Manager Special Projects - Siemens Energy KSA

As a Project Manager for Special Projects, you will lead the transfer and localization of gas turbine blades and vanes refurbishment processes to the Dammam facility. You will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy governance while serving as the primary interface between global competence centers and local teams. Your role will involve planning and executing Know-How Transfer programs, coordinating industrialization efforts, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Lead special projects for know-how transfer and capacity building for gas turbine refurbishment.
• Manage project execution, including scope, schedule, cost, risks, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary interface between global competence centers and local teams.
• Coordinate the transfer and implementation of licensed repair processes to the shop floor.
• Lead process qualification activities to achieve Siemens Energy repair scope approval.
• Ensure compliance with quality, EHS, and data security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in gas turbine services with an OEM or Independent Service Provider.
• Strong understanding of refurbishment value chains and advanced repair technologies.
• Excellent project leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
