HSE Inspector

The company is seeking an experienced HSE Inspector who will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, job hazard analysis, training, firefighting, investigations, and ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess certifications such as NEBOSH IGC or equivalent and have a strong understanding of ISO 45001, and 14001. Proficiency in Hindi and Urdu is preferred.

• Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analysis to identify potential workplace hazards.
• Lead training sessions on safety procedures and protocols.
• Maintain certification as a firefighter and respond to emergency situations.
• Conduct thorough investigations into safety incidents and near misses.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor and update policies and procedures to align with ISO 45001 and 14001 requirements.
• Communicate effectively with teams in Hindi and Urdu as needed.

• Proven experience as an HSE Inspector or similar role.
• Certification in NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with ISO standards 45001 and 14001.
• Firefighter certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of risk assessments, job hazard analysis, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Urdu.
• Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough investigations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations.

• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
