A leading water project firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to supervise water infrastructure projects across multiple locations including Dammam. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, provide on-site oversight, and prepare documentation. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in water projects, is required.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
