Procurement​/Materials Manager - Water Projects

Riyadh / Dammam / Mecca / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Materials Manager with strong background in water projects procurement and materials management
. The candidate must have proven KSA experience and strong knowledge of purchasing, vendor management, contract coordination, and material control. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities for water infrastructure projects.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, evaluate bids, and finalize purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams for material planning.
• Maintain proper inventory control and material tracking at site and warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and KSA regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports, material status reports, and cost analysis.
• Support contract and legal coordination related to procurement activities.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Procurement or related field.
• Minimum experience:
• 15 years with Bachelor Degree in civil
• Strong experience in water projects procurement and materials management
  .
• KSA experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of contract terms and legal procurement procedures is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.

• Experience in procurement of pipes, valves, fittings, pumps, and water network materials.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement documentation.
