- Monitor and review the preparation of Construction Method Statements and Technical Drawings to ensure compliance with the standards.
- Review the internal process/workflow for the Technical Office Section at the Head Office and on all project sites to ensure it follows the IMS.
- Verify that the statistical system and any supportive systems help project managers in decision making. Collect all data related to the technical office for projects to support decision makers about trends and points of improvement.
- Coordinate between the Construction and Engineering Teams to ensure that Construction requirements are conveyed to the Engineering Teams and that the Engineering deliverables satisfy the Construction requirements.
- Monitor all technical work across the project to ensure quality assurance for all technical issues.
- Follow up with all projects to ensure that significant documents are sent immediately to the Project Control Department to share with all departments as per the Report Frequency List.
- Document project issues and conditions to maintain organized and detailed project records.
- Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue
- English - Very Good
- Related work experience in Office Work, Technical, Documentation, Planning and Control.
- Background in ISO 9001:2000 requirements, data/documentation capture.
- Understanding of paper handling systems, document registration, filing, numbering and archiving systems.
- MS Office computer applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Background in ISO 9001:2000 requirements; experience with paper handling, document registration, filing, numbering and archiving.
- MS Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD knowledge.
