A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Field Service (FS) Senior Engineer, you will lead a dedicated team of specialists, technicians, and supervisors, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of site activities related to gas and steam turbines. Your role involves overseeing mechanical assembly and disassembly, advanced I&C commissioning, and troubleshooting, while also managing client interactions and coordinating with Field Service Management to deliver high-quality results.

• Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance crews in turbine generator disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy Quality and EHS standards during all project activities.
• Manage site safety programs and conduct complex site surveys to develop effective maintenance plans.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports covering all job activities and progress.
• Collaborate with sales and planning teams to prepare schedules, parts lists, and resource requirements.
• Identify potential delays and support claim management to minimize impacts on project timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputable university.
• 3 to 5 years of engineering experience, with a strong background in rotating equipment.
• Extensive experience with large gas turbines, preferably advanced frames and V-Frame.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Project, along with strong report writing skills.
• Leadership and communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in high-pressure environments.
