Job Title - Manufacturing Engineer
Location:
Abqaiq, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, Oracle MRP systems, and Oracle Fusion tools. This role involves creating and maintaining parts and documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting testing and validation activities to ensure efficient and accurate production workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain part numbers, BOMs, and routings in Oracle MRP and Fusion systems.
- Support engineering change orders (ECOs) and ensure accurate documentation updates.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
- Assist in the development of prototype equipment including the execution of test plans for new and modified parts or assemblies.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to manufacturing documentation and records.
- Provide technical support for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to support product lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.
- Train and support team members on Oracle MRP and Fusion tools usage.
- Oracle MRP:
Proficient in managing materials, BOMs, and routings. - Oracle Fusion:
Experience with Fusion Manufacturing, Product Hub, and related modules. - Documentation:
Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation and work instructions. - Manufacturing Processes:
Strong understanding of assembly, machining, and testing processes. - Testing Support:
Ability to assist in test planning, execution, and data analysis. - Problem Solving:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Change Management:
Experience with ECOs and configuration control. - Communication:
Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Collaboration:
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. - Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Experience:
Minimum 5‑8 years in a manufacturing engineering role with Oracle MRP and Fusion tools. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Language:
Proficient in English (spoken and written). - Systems Knowledge:
Familiarity with PLM systems and ERP integrations. - Team Player:
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. - Computer
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software tools.
