Job Description Summary Ready to gain hands-on experience and take the first step in your career journey? GE Vernova is offering a Co-op / Internship Program designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact. As part of the program, you'll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your leadership and communication skills and learn the GE Vernova way within your assigned function.

Up to 28 weeks (approximately 7 months)

What You'll Experience- Assignments & Projects:
Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience - Mentorship & Development:
Learn from leaders across functions and develop leadership capabilities - Exposure to Work Environment:
Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration
- Assist in material scheduling, inventory management, lean initiatives, process improvement, and system optimization
- Support project engineering, time studies, root cause analysis, and Lean/Kaizen projects
- Help manage CRM data, support sales processes, customer service, parts delivery, and outage planning
- Support Engineering, Procurement & Construction activities, CSA inventory management, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in site planning, progress tracking, sub-contractor coordination, and safety compliance
- Support EHS monitoring, inspections, compliance, and awareness campaigns on-site
- Assist with purchase orders, vendor management, cost analysis, and project material coordination
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environment, Health & Safety), a related STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or Business Administration or a related Management field, as well as students pursuing a diploma in Environment, Health & Safety.
- Strong interest in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and quality standards
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, project, or extracurricular activities
- Passion for learning, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
- Adaptable, open to change, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of construction safety principles and key site hazards (e.g., lifting, working at height, electrical work, confined spaces)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia for project exposure
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- High level of integrity and commitment to achieving project goals and customer satisfaction
- Real-life project experience across multiple functions
