Procurement​/Materials Manager E2

We are seeking an experienced Procurement / Materials Manager (E2) with a strong background in civil engineering projects to manage procurement planning, materials control, and vendor coordination. The role requires extensive experience in similar large-scale projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in a bilingual (English & Arabic) professional environment.

• Plan, manage, and control procurement and material activities in line with project schedules and budgets
• Develop procurement strategies, material delivery plans, and supplier evaluation criteria
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier contracts
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company procedures
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and material quality
• Manage logistics, material storage, inventory control, and site material coordination
• Prepare procurement reports, material status updates, and cost control documentation
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders in both English and Arabic

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, including E2-level experience
• Proven experience in similar large-scale civil or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of procurement, materials management, and supply chain coordination
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
