AWP Advanced Packaging Engineer

• Prepare and manage work packages for efficient project execution
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and planning teams to ensure workflow continuity and site readiness
• Support construction planning and execution activities
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site-related issues
• Ensure all project activities comply with schedules and client requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven hands on experience working on Saudi Aramco projects
• Mandatory previous experience on HYUNDAI projects
• Solid understanding of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) processes and project execution methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills
• Experience working in fast paced industrial and construction project environments
• Immediate availability for joining is highly preferred
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects is advantageous
• GCC project experience is preferred
