We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Outside Sales Manager to drive business development and sales activities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for specialized Oil & Gas equipment, API 6A valves and engineered solutions across the region.

This is a client-facing, field-oriented role suited for an energetic professional with a strong EPC and upstream Oil & Gas background, exposure to drilling operations, and the ability to manage technical-commercial discussions with operators, EPC contractors, and service companies.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling extensively, engaging directly with customers, supporting bidding activities, and driving sales growth across multiple accounts and projects.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Technical Sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, drilling contractors, operators, and Oil & Gas service companies based out of Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Technical Consultation
  • Understand client operating conditions including pressure, temperature, flow characteristics, and application requirements.
  • Recommend suitable equipment and technical solutions based on project specifications and operational requirements.
  • Support customers with technical clarifications and solution optimization.
  • Lead the technical and commercial preparation of RFQs, ITTs, and tender submissions.
  • Review project specifications, datasheets, and customer requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams for proposal execution.
Account Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with key regional operators, EPC companies, and service providers.
  • Track market intelligence, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long‑term account development.
Preferred Background
  • Strong exposure to EPC projects within the Oil & Gas industry in KSA.
  • Familiarity with drilling operations and upstream production environments.
  • Experience with API 6A equipment and pressure control products will be a significant advantage.
  • Valid driving license preferred
Qualifications & Experience Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
  • 10 years of experience in technical sales, field sales, or application engineering within the Oil & Gas sector out of which minimum 5 years of experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Proven exposure to upstream, drilling, pressure control, or process equipment environments.
  • Experience working with EPC contractors and major operators is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
  • Understanding of API / ASME standards and Oil & Gas project specifications.
  • Knowledge of drilling systems, valves, wellhead equipment, pressure control systems, or related products.
