Purpose
Develops and ensures implementation of Manufacturing activities on a given project, in accordance with Industry and Company Standards, Project Execution Plan and Project Installation Procedures.
Job Description- Review and interpret customer/industrial specifications
- Provide technical recommendation to design engineering team at design review stage
- Provide technical advice on Quality issues as a Subject Matter Expert
- Participate in department discussions relating to technical issues and lessons learnt
- Shows commitment to QHSE through participation in safety and quality initiatives
- Understand the workflow for the control of machining documentation and issuance of machining procedures for a project
- Maintain and develop new Machining Procedures
- Develop LWI for new processes
- Ensure DFX is performed
- Involve in audits (Adherence to codes & specs)
- Support tenders and product engineering quotation activities
- Ensure timely and accurate release of production & manufacturing packages
- Attend daily meeting on Notification Review Board (NRB), Obeya etc
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical and Production Engineering - REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: None
- REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL
SKILLS:- Possess good problem‐solving skills in order to provide technical solutions
- Possess drive and initiative to communicate & gather information independently
- Demonstrate effective presentative skills
- Demonstrate ability to guide and mentor other
- REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE:
- Good analysis/Problem Solving
- Fluency in professional English
