Job Description

QA/QC Civil Engineer – OHTL (B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, 8 years relevant experience). For Saudi candidates: B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years relevant experience. For Non-Saudi candidates:
Experience in EHV overhead lines, EPC/turnkey projects execution at 380kV and above.

QA I QC Electrical Engineer – OHTL (B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, 8 years relevant experience). For Saudi candidates: B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience. For Non-Saudi candidates:
Experience in EHV overhead lines, EPC/turnkey projects execution at 380kV and above.

• Organize, implement, conduct and manage QA/QC programs.
• Coordinate document controls for technical submittals, drawings, etc.
• Coordinate all inspections, monitor required tests and records.
• Maintain computer literacy and excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles within the OHTL industry.
• Experience with high‑voltage transmission line construction projects, ensuring familiarity with complexities.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry standards (IEEE, IEC, ANSI) and regulations, ensuring compliance.
• Knowledge of total quality management theories and practices.
• Knowledge of environmental management systems.
• Proficient in using quality management systems and related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Professional certifications such as P.E. (Professional Engineer) or equivalent (preferred).
• Proactive and detail‑oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
