Field Supervisor​/Senior Project Engineer; Instrument Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the execution of Instrumentation and DCS systems installations.
• Ensure all work complies with Saudi Aramco standards and relevant industry codes.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform site inspections and evaluations to verify work quality and safety.
• Oversee the commissioning and troubleshooting of Instrumentation and DCS systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and field staff.
• Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Liaise with clients, including Saudi Aramco representatives, to ensure project specifications and standards are met.

• Minimum of 10+ years in Instrument Engineering with a focus on Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience in Saudi Aramco projects is a must.
• Extensive experience with Instrumentation systems, DCS (Distributed Control Systems), and project engineering.
• A degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• In-depth understanding of Saudi Aramco standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and field personnel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and client interactions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the commissioning and startup of Instrumentation systems.
• Familiarity with HAZOP studies and risk management.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance in the Oil & Gas industry.
