We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dammam to support our operations and contribute to our continued success.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and Maintenance:

Design, develop, and oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery used in petrochemical processes.
Ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems across the facility.

Technical Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Provide technical expertise for electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, switch gear, power distribution systems, and PLCs.

Project Execution:

Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, instrumentation, and production) for integrated project delivery.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Conduct risk assessments and develop preventive measures for electrical safety.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare technical reports, project updates, and maintenance schedules.
Maintain detailed records of electrical inspections, repairs, and upgrades.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, performance, and cost savings related to electrical systems.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry standards.
Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, etc.) and hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, and power distribution systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations, codes, and best practices (e.g., NEC, IEC standards).
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Professional Engineering License (preferred but not mandatory).
