Rotating Engineer - Onshore Reliability

We are seeking an experienced engineer to ensure the optimal performance, maintenance, and reliability of rotating equipment at our onshore oil & gas and refinery facilities. The successful candidate will monitor equipment condition, develop reliability improvement strategies, and support maintenance teams to achieve safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliable operation and optimal performance of rotating equipment including gas turbines, compressors, pumps and motors.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rotating machinery.
Monitor equipment performance and analyze reliability data to minimize downtime and operational risks.
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for rotating equipment failures.
Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for rotating equipment issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety procedures and company maintenance policies.
Participate in inspection, testing, commissioning and maintenance planning for rotating equipment.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 12 years

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery (Onshore)
