Sales Engineer – Electrical Infrastructure
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the Electrical Infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, client engagement, and securing projects within the medium and high voltage industry in Saudi Arabia.
This role is focused on developing new business opportunities and supporting the growth of projects related to private substations, medium and high voltage electrical infrastructure, and voltage upgradation works across industrial, commercial, and utility sectors.
Key Requirements- Proven experience in generating and securing leads for Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical infrastructure projects, Private Substation projects
- Strong knowledge of private substations, voltage upgradation projects, and electrical distribution systems
- Experience in securing new projects and developing long-term client relationships
- Good understanding of the Saudi electrical and infrastructure market, including contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients
- Ability to identify upcoming opportunities and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to project award
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical infrastructure sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and end users
- Promote the company’s electrical solutions and services for MV/HV infrastructure and substation projects
- Follow up on project opportunities including private substations, electrical network expansions, and voltage upgradation projects
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and proposal teams to support client requirements and submissions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure developments
- Support commercial negotiations and contribute to achieving company sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in MV/HV electrical infrastructure projects is preferred
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of electrical systems and project sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
