We are currently looking for a qualified BIM Coordinator to join our team at Shade Corporation LTD - HQ in Dammam, KSA.
Requirements- 6–10+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong experience in quantity support and providing verified data for accurate material take-offs and QS audits
- Experience in as-built delivery and ensuring final records reflect field-verified survey data and site changes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Revit
- Strong knowledge of Georeferencing, topographical survey integration, and multi-discipline engineering coordination
- Detail-oriented and technically strong
- Able to coordinate effectively with multiple engineering disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects is a plus
