Location:

- Perform advisory functions on reliability and mechanical integrity of rotating equipment.
- Ensure compliance of rotating machinery in capital projects and MOC processes with relevant standards.
- Develop, review, and update maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for machinery failures and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Provide technical support during shutdowns/turnarounds, inspections, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Support mechanical integrity, safety, and reliability improvement initiatives across the site.
- Participate with SMEs in reliability methodologies such as RCM, RBI, and RIS.
- Perform reliability improvement studies addressing chronic issues, repeated failures, and equipment obsolescence.
- Support implementation of SABIC ATC SMS standards, best practices, bad actor resolution plans, and technical alerts.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- High level of self‑motivation.
- Expertise in rotating and reciprocating machinery.
- Competency in machinery troubleshooting and condition monitoring.
- Working knowledge of SAP and general computer skills.
- Thorough understanding of equipment failure analysis, inspection/testing procedures, and industry best practices.
- Fully conversant with petrochemical engineering codes, standards, regulations, and practices.
- Reliability improvement initiatives and outcomes.
- Effective participation in RCA/RCM/RBI processes.
- Reduction in repeated failures and chronic issues.
- Implementation of best practices and technical recommendations.
- Support in shutdowns, turnarounds, and critical maintenance activities.

Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia - Salary: SAR 10,000 (All-inclusive)
- Working Hours:
48 Hours per week - Experience Level: Senior
- Age Limit: 35–40 Years

Immediate after selection - Max 30 Days - Experience:
Minimum 5 years in rotating machinery within Technical Support, Maintenance, or Inspection roles in large Chemical, Fertilizer, or Petrochemical complexes.
