Senior Electrical Engineer – Substations (Combined Role) | Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities include comprehensive design, review, and integration of all substation systems (HV/MV/LV); managing protection, control, metering, earthing, and auxiliary systems; reviewing equipment specifications, vendor drawings, and type tests; conducting FAT/SAT, technical audits, and ensuring compliance with IEC/IEEE standards; and interfacing with clients, utilities, and site teams for commissioning.
Required certifications and standards knowledge: IEC 60076, 60255, 61439, 61850, 61936, 62271. Preferred registered PE/CEng and advanced ETAP, DigSILENT, CYMGRD certifications.
Experience:
10-15 years.
Qualification:
BE/BTech – Electrical or MTech – Power.
