Civil Site Engineer

Summary:

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all civil construction activities for telecom tower projects across the Kingdom, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution in alignment with engineering standards and project timelines. This role is critical to the successful delivery of long-term infrastructure projects, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination across teams and subcontractors. The engineer will play a key role in managing foundation works, site supervision, and progress reporting, contributing directly to project success and operational excellence.

• Supervise telecom tower civil construction activities at project sites.
• Accurately read and execute engineering drawings and approved project plans.
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily construction operations.
• Ensure all civil works are completed according to project specifications and deadlines.
• Manage telecom tower foundation works including excavation, reinforcement steel fixing, concrete pouring, formwork and shuttering, foundation preparation, and civil finishing.
• Monitor site safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and project quality at all stages.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for seamless site operations.
• Prepare site reports and provide regular updates to management on project progress.
• Support tower erection preparation and related civil activities.
• Resolve site issues promptly to maintain workflow and avoid delays.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in telecom or construction projects.
• Proven hands‑on experience in telecom tower civil works and infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, civil engineering procedures, and site execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage site operations independently.
• Familiarity with telecom safety standards and quality control protocols.
• Experience working on Nokia telecom tower projects is an advantage.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic project environment.
