We are seeking an experienced International EPC Channel Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our presence with leading EPC contractors and end users across international markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with major international EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
  • Drive sales growth for Medium Voltage (MV) & Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear, Power Distribution, and Electrical Solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new project opportunities across Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Industrial sectors.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and support strategic account development.
  • Monitor market trends, project pipelines, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, tendering, and project teams to maximize opportunity conversion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in EPC business development, channel management, or technical sales.
  • Proven track record with Oil & Gas, Power, Industrial, and Infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working with international EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (oral and written).
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry business practices.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, automation, control systems, and industrial solutions.
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans, forecasts, and account growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ANSI, NEMA, IEC, IEEE, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and major EPC specifications is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of MV/LV Switchgear and Power Distribution Solutions.
