• Lead and manage Saudi Aramco projects from project kick-off to final handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate daily activities between clients, engineering teams, site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and take proactive measures to address challenges and maintain progress.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Armco standards, company procedures, and HSE regulations.
• Review project specifications, drawings, contracts, and technical documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement practical solutions to avoid delays and operational issues.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate progress updates to management and clients.
• Oversee cost control, change management, procurement activities, and project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the successful growth of the organization.

• Strong knowledge of LSPB and Work Unit Rate contracts.
• Experience with in the oil & gas, engineering, construction, industrial maintenance, or EPC sectors.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• PMP certification or other project management qualifications will be considered an advantage.
