Senior Estimation Engineer – Construction / EPC

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia (Head Office)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with a strong background in EPC and construction contracting companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and commercial evaluations for large-scale infrastructure and building projects.

• Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQ pricing, and cost breakdown structures.
• Perform productivity analysis, man‑hour calculations, and resource planning.
• Calculate direct and indirect project costs.
• Prepare tender top sheets and management summary reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and commercial teams during tender preparation.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and tender submission deadlines.
• Support management in bid strategy, risk assessment, and pricing decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–17 years of experience in estimation and tendering within EPC or construction contracting companies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Estimation Engineer role.
• Current experience working in a Head Office Tendering/Estimation Department is mandatory.
• Previous working experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
• Consultancy experience alone will not be considered.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience submitting tenders as a Main Contractor.
• Must have handled tenders with a minimum project value of SAR 100 Million.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, productivity rates, man‑hour calculations, and indirect cost analysis.
• Proficient in preparing tender top sheets and commercial summaries.
• Experience working with major clients such as NEOM, Diriyah, RCRC, Qiddiya, Royal Commission, Ministry of Transport, and Ministry of Defense will be highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work under tight tender deadlines.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with large‑scale infrastructure, industrial, and government projects.
