Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of Air‑Cooled Chiller systems. Perform start‑up activities and functional testing of HVAC equipment. Ensure proper installation of chillers, piping, controls and associated equipment as per project specifications. Conduct performance testing and system balancing during commissioning activities. Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control‑related faults in chiller systems. Monitor equipment performance and prepare commissioning reports.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and project teams to ensure timely project completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project quality standards. Interpret technical drawings, P‑, HVAC layouts and equipment manuals. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities when required. Verify operation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, sensors and control systems. Maintain accurate records of testing, inspections and commissioning activities.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or related field. Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Air‑Cooled Chiller installation and commissioning projects. Experience with large commercial or industrial HVAC projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, controls, and commissioning procedures. Experience in testing, balancing, troubleshooting, and performance verification of chiller systems. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and commissioning protocols. Familiarity with BMS integration and HVAC control systems will be an advantage. Gulf experience preferred. Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking). Candidates currently working on installation and commissioning projects will be preferred.
