Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex operational issues with centrifugal chiller systems ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance, including lubrication, filter changes, and system checks to prevent equipment failure and extend lifespan.
Conduct thorough inspections of chiller components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, and controls for wear and tear. Execute precise repairs and replacements of faulty parts while adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
QualificationsPossess a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
Hold relevant certifications such as HVAC Excellence, EPA Section 608 Universal, or specific manufacturer training.
Minimum of 5–7 years of hands‑on experience specifically with centrifugal chiller systems in industrial or large commercial settings.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex mechanical and electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
