Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery (Onshore)
Responsibilities- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for onshore mechanical equipment.
- Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Analyze equipment reliability data and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the oil & gas/onshore refinery sector.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
